Ervine should have been batting in PJs position not down the order. The team wasn’t balanced. I know you don’t want to see it but it’s ok. Let’s wait for the full story. What I can tell you with confidence is that we will only what this person was caught for doing, not everything
To be honest, I think PJ was sent in particularly because of the circumstance. PJ was sent in to hold up an end, knowing the others would rush things if they needed to. Craig has the ability to go big, so bringing him at the end would not have been a problem if he needed to clear the rope. Looking at their scores, I would say this is justified.

I think you are looking too much in to PJ going up the order because either one could have played that role, and based on the situation and the circumstance, it was not the worst decision made. The ball was moving and PJ was deemed better at handling that risk. He did well considering he played 60 odd balls.

What also is a little alarming is that you don't blame Mire or Hammy for the poor start. Instead you reckon Cephas (a man with an average of 7) should have played instead of PJ or Craig.

I will happily call out if needs be, but there needs to be justification. I am trying to see it, but the reasoning isn't exactly justification for the point made.

Googly is 95% sure its Streak, because he ignored a threat to stop his court case against ZC, that he was winning.
Speculation of course.

When and why did googly leave? I didn't notice he had been gone, but part of that is his posts are usually too long, rambling, and conspiratorial for my tastes unless I'm particularly interested in the topic at hand.

I might be missing a link or something here, why would any of this be ‘because’ Streak took ZC to court? This investigation was ICC led and has pretty conclusive evidence so where is the link to the Streak-ZC case?

Mehluli is being a prick as usual but from what I gather Hammy/Mukuhlani/Makoni are very upset it has come to this; it reflects badly on everyone in the organisation by association including them so is the last thing they’d want.

Googly speculates that they got the ICC involved as a threat/payback tactic for the court stuff, but it got out of control and out of hand and has grown to be a threat for them too.
ICC looked further down the rabbithole.

Hmmm. Very possible and plausible. But also could be putting 2 and 2 together and getting 27 I reckon
