England's shambolic form means we might almost be sure of our four semi finalists with 25 games still remaining. 😂
On the contrary, given the number of defeats of each so far…England, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Australia, Afghanistan, Netherlands are all still in with a chance of the last semifinal spot!

Won't happen mate. Only way this can stay alive is if Pakistan punch above their weight and win some big games, at the moment that looks unlikely... Or may be if England go on a rampage, but that is also unlikely.

Sure. But what I’m saying is right now the table is wide open with 3 sides clearly ahead (India, NZ, SA)… and 7 teams all within 1 game of each other. That’s a very close brawl. Even closer than 2019 where the top 8 sides all had semifinal chances until the final round of games.

The 4 semi-finalists are India, Australia, SA and NZ and the next three weeks are a waste of time.

What a dreadful World Cup in every aspect. Probably go down as the worst in history.

It truly has been a deplorable world cup. Such poor organisation and the games have been so dull. The standard of the teams have been so low. Pakistan and Sri Lanka really have been terrible.

India I just don't see getting beaten. I'm calling an India South africa final. South africa in my eyes are the only side that can crunch through those Indian bowlers. Hendricks today showed why he's so dangerous against fast bowling and Klassen, Markham and Miller in those middle overs provide a great buffer against spin.

Jansen and Coetzee showed a glimpse of why they're the future. Why the fuck is Philequwayo in this squad?! Pathetic selection. Especially when you've got Beyers Swaenepoel back in SA bowling rockets and scoring lower order runs

I will be stunned if New Zealand, India, South Africa, and Australia aren't the semifinalists. Let's just have a quadrangular tournament between those four and cut everyone else loose.
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes

Bavuma has better stats than Hendricks, and is the captain, but I think Hendricks is currently a better batsman. He's in form and they're heading to the sharp end of the comp. Let's see if they remember the Philander Abbott blunder. The whole lot of the South Africans are not that bright so perhaps not.
Interesting that ANC fought so long and hard for equality and yet still actively enforce race classification- white, colored and black. The Indians don't even get their own designation. I guess they fought to be more than equal. If only we'd known
SA are good enough to carry Phelukwayo.... until they play India.

I just think there so many more exciting prospects in the SA system. The Bosch brothers are unreal talents. Stefano Tait is another tall left arm quick who needs keeping an eye on. Beyers Swaenepoel is a name everyone's going to need to remember going forward. A real talent
