Mangongo actually cares about cricket which puts him above most others at ZC. Mangongo doesn't seem to discriminate, he just treats everyone like crap.

There's no way ZC's mismanagement of the game over the years can be justified when a war-ridden country like Afghanistan that used to receive peanuts in comparison to what we used to get from the ICC hasn't had any financial trouble and has only been on the rise. Even after attaining full member status, they're set to receive a lot less than us from the ICC (only a third of what we're gonna get I think).

I think the Afghans and Irish will now get like 70% of what ZC gets in terms of ICC funds. But I'm not actually sure, thats what I recall. But with the World Cup money, the Afghans will edge a little closer. My guess is for the 6 teams that bow out of the world cup after the league phase they will each get maybe $1 million. Maybe thats too much(?).

Mangongo isn't racist. Back in 2004 when Mangongo was a national team selector, Ozias Bvute was involved in a public scuffle with him. He was arguing that he had to have the freedom to pick the best side, white or black, while Bvute told him to pick who he was told to pick.

Mangongo is just misunderstood. Really he has a view where he wants players to be and again is let down by the shoddy system---you can't make world class players from a month in camp. The franchise system has collapsed with no fitness targets etc, the clubs let any lard ass in.
