Shumba is going to be a solid test cricketer cricketer hopefully a decent ODI player, but wow is he off the boil for T20 cricket. Its not his fault though, he shouldn't have been near this side. Really really shit from the coach, embarrassing actually

Doesn't appear to have much of a game plan. The kid needs a season of FC cricket (all 3 games of it).
Clearly has the talent to succeed but perhaps its too early at this point? Even more reason why Sean Williams should be in this side

The team is struggling. Taylor, Raza, Williams all would be handy in Ireland because of Their experience. But ZC is heading towards wrong direction.
