No, 8 points is assured qualification
If Scotland wins against all three . Zimbabwe wins against srilanka but loses against Scotland .while srilanka wins against westindies .there comes a three way tie on 8 points
I had a stroke trying to mentally construct a points table for that
But yeah, you're right

Now that Scotland has a superior NRR to ours, by what margin should we win on Tuesday, in the event that they go on to beat the Dutch?

NRR doesn't matter anymore. We just have to win. You beat the scots. You go to India.

NRR was only going to be a factor if we lost v Scotland. But now we have to win no matter what so don’t worry about NRR.

Not true! ZIM could lose to Scotland, but NED could also beat them, leading to a tie on 6 points where NRR comes back into play!

Zimbabwe cannot worry about the NRR now, they must beat Scotland, no matter what. It is a winner take all.
I cannot see the Dutch smashing Scotland anyways, although they themselves will stay in the hunt should Zimbabwe lose to Scotland.

Dutch would probably only need to beat Scotland by 35-40 runs.

We would need Netherlands to rape them, but not gang rape them, because then all of a sudden the Dutch might sneak ahead on NRR.
Ands then after the rape, we will need to push scotland to the limit if we lose.

NRR is not a factor for Zimbabwe, because theirs is so bad now. For Zimbabwe it’s win or you’re out.
