All this is useless. The team is just not good enough and continues to regress. You have to be kidding me if you say Namibia or Uganda have better domestic structures or money flowing in or the facilities or fixtures they get. Zimbabwe have been crap and a true fan is a fan who criticizes the team. They don't deserve to be in the WC. As simple as that.

Heads have to roll, lot of changes have to be made in the team itself. They need to have a Psycologist who can work on their mental health, make them mentally tough. Huge changes are needed.
