Except they are first class runs and we never play tests.
Also he takes the same position as Burl and Raza etc so you have to drop one of them.
Why do you dislike Campbell so much, SZ? Never seen you write good about him.
Think SZ's point is that Campbell has batted his entire career at numbers 5,6 and 7. At the moment those positions are filled by Raza, Burl and Madande. Therfore he would have to either open or bat at 3/4 which he has never done.
He also only scored 8 half centuries in 59 white ball games against poor quality domestic attacks with a top score of 76.
Very little to suggest that he has a game that will succeed at international level.
Batting at 6 in international cricket is very different to batting six against the Tuskers in Kwekwe with one and a half seamers and a half decent spinner.

Wes ,Shumba, Munyonga , Marumani etc don't do well at international level so what's your point ? Campbell can easily bat at 7 instead of pretending that Welly , Mavuta or Jongwe are allrounders
No they have been batting Madande at 6 and played 5 bowlers which is beyond belief. They went with that for the entire odi series against Ireland and wonder why they got beaten. By the way Campbell's list A average is far superior than those other 4 that keep getting games.
