They gave fucked themselves by making changes for today. Unfair to leave Marumani out after one game.

Leave out Gumbie for Burl. Ervine can open.

That's the problem here. People are absolutely clueless about cricket. Very few people have the skills to face the new ball, let alone dominate. It's a different game up front.

Give Madande more opportunity up the order, everyone rates him so highly, let him sink or swim. A number 7 who doesn't bowl or currently keep?

K-Long looks to me like he currently doesn't have the game at the highest level. Maybe there's someone out there that can help him reach his potential?

It seems we're the only team that hides our batters down the order because we can't find one that can play some shots without too much risk up the order in the powerplay.
The players either can't hit a good ball or they don't trust the guys coming after them.

Then let's get down to brass tacks and give Welch an extended opportunity as opener. They all know he's got the most realistic chance, but theyre hoping if they wait long enough he'll lose it. I think Mutendira will have to die of old age before we see that.

Raza didn't look himself today at all. Looks like something is bothering him personally. Maybe he's reached that oh shit moment about Zim cricket. Its not looking peachy.

I don't see us winning a single game. They're miles better than us in every dept. They looked a little brittle briefly with the bat, but we have no answer to their bowling with the new ball.

Said it before and I’ll say it again. Raza needs to open like he did at the qualifiers. Unless of course he was statpadding against Togo and Burkino Faso

Don’t understand why he hasn’t since at all. Gives him maximum time to make a big score and can start his knock without the pressure of being 3 down for not much in the second over or whatever.

Lanzoni can hook him up with a gig at the Torino Torturers or some jazz.

Might find him hitting the ball at 250 km/h then

If Campbell and bennet continue on their merry way the Raza opening gambit is not a bad idea at all.
