Twenty inch blade batting with the Impala
Tape baller gettin' laid tonight

Has ideas for zim, trying to find a better way
A better way, yeah
Tape baller, with a twenty inch crawler
Bats with Impala, he a diamond rottweiller
Bust a left, a right, he outta sight, Lambo with a ho
Bouncin' off the road, in a modern day south Rome
Rollin with joe Burns, wearing Fila and a gold chain
Sippin Limoncello, can't forget Moet with his Cattaloni

Andrea is a good contributor, his optimism just runs afoul of the grumps

Have any ZC staff or Raza spoken about an intentional rebuild? I haven't followed Zimbabwe as closely over the last 12 months, but it's good that there are young players coming through - are some of the older players being overlooked based on age or performance?

I know Williams and Ervine are no longer playing T20 but there are a few other names I was surprised not to see mentioned.

Seen the great zimfan1, hat tip to one of my favourites on here, post something on twitter I was speculating on namely Tom Curran.

He won't play for England again, earns most of his coin by being a bit of a franchise whore. Now there is someone who would be a great addition and possibly more realistic than Cartwright or Muyeye. Unlikely I know but the lure of Ben and all that....

Edit: I know this is probably not the right thread for this. Sorry!

It feels more recent to me but seems he last played for the national side 3.5 years ago, she would be eligible to flip in July.
Should go for him.
Out of genuine curiosity why do you feel his fruit is lower hanging than Hilton’s and Muyeyes?
Hiltons international career is very done and he grew in Zim and Muyeye is black so you know they will get super horny for him

Even if he was keen, which I highly doubt he is ( biggest ego going in world cricket imo ) strikes me as he thinks he’s too good to play for zim. When overall is pretty average, not bad but not great.would we even want him and to pay the coin to get him? He would be a handy edition for our white ball set ups and is a pretty handy Lower order bat, and decent in the field. Am I reading that he actually is considering this ? I will be absolutely baffled if true.
Indian and English cricket is a cult and bazball is delusional and embarrassing. Bumrah chucks it, Cummins has a shocking seam position, stokes is a fraud. Bangladesh shouldn’t have test status, Bradman was a coat.Marco Jansen is good, zim will rise !

Sorry Dogg been on this site fucking years and still not quite sure how to quote but my thinking is...

*Draw of playing potentially with bro, repping his dad etc.
*Frank replied saying he thought he was great which means he has been rubber stamped on some level by those upstairs.
*Makes loads of cash on the franchise circuit (more than say Cartwright, Muyeye or Higgins) so could, theoretically, be sold the idea he can live in London, just in for a few token Logan cup games and internationals and spend the rest of his time doing BBL, Lanka Prem Carib stuff, all the T10 muck. The others more four day players so saying goodbye to playing for Middlesez, Kent and WA more of an issue.

By good young players who do you mean ? All I’m seeing is very average cricketers being picked again and again due to a Quota system, board favourites or having strings to pull behind the scenes ( cough cough razas best mate cough ) if anyone actually thinks our board and selectors are actually doing what is best for Zimbabwe cricket then one you are either incredibly stupid, racist, or a board member. We have potential to be a solid team but the way it’s going, we will be playing Nigeria and Uganda on a regular basis. Raza has sold his soul for power which then in return means he must praise the board and their shocking decisions and downright corruption. Cricket in Zimbabwe is on life support over egos and past grudges, corruption, hate and
Bitterness.
