Few guys still in Zim for the "A" series. Mashingwe played for Walsall.

Yes. Evans hasn't arrived for us yet. Nervous time as he'll probably get the nod for the June series if he does well here

Evans is going to have to do extraordinarily well at the same time as our third and fourth seamers do poorly to get back into the reckoning....I reckon. That's the problem with this cricket.. your purple patch has to coincide with your competition doing badly, that's planetary alignment right there.
He showed in those T20's that he's our most accurate and consistent bowler, but he's been put to the back of the queue, albeit a fairly short one. We'll see Matigimu get a shot first. Then there's Maphosa, Gwandu, Gimu and Nyauchi, all decent bowlers, but Evans shades them. Despite protestations he's going to be a quota victim.

He was in fact told he was no longer in the running, in fact just prior to him making everyone look second rate so maybe they'll reconsider him. I think he needs to play in our NPL and do very well. No-one is going to look at an English club scorecard and pick him off that.
They're not going to pick him off NPL either but it's much easier to make direct comparisons.

Jonty still playing?
Yes mate, played less last season due to college commitments and will be the case this year as well. We now playing league below Maunze who is at Hawks. We got relegated from the Prem i think two years ago now.
