That's precisely what he meant.

Because if he meant that Tiripano has touched it, he would have said differently.

He's like those Australian and English umpires who failed to spot that the fielder had touched the rope on Sean Williams against Ireland.

Cremer really is a class leggie BUT he bowls too many bad balls to World Class. He seems to always bowl a lot of potential wicket taking deliveries but the reason he doesn't have the figures is he can't keep the pressure on .....

I think Cremer needs to have a quick break and put himself back on. Two right handers & the two big wickets at the crease we can't let them slip into an easy partnership ......
