That Hamilton dismissal was very unfortunate. DRS is a disaster if not implemented in entirety.

Looked like there might have been a bit of glove for Hami.

For me they have to play their shots against Herath. You can't block him for 30 overs. He will just eventually line you up..he is that good.he is literally the difference between them and us.That Ervine wicket really tipped the balance for me.. don't know what he was thinking. There is still some batsmen left.. for me it's a sink or swim moment for PJ and Waller.. they are in the team to bat so they need to produce some runs.. anything above 200 here will be very difficult to chase

I don't think 200 will be tough to chase - the pitch is not too bad. But that is the absolute bare minimum we need for there to be any hope.

I think 180 - make them work
200 - outside chance
250 - par
300+ - Zim are favourites

This is where the insurance policy of 8 batsman comes in.
Need two to really kick on here.

All those saying mawoyo ans the slow and steady thing is a good idea, it's not.

You'll soak up more time for less runs that Sri Lanka will dispatch easily.

Go hard, try get to 250 and pray for a day 4 miracle

We are a wicket behind our first innings effort. Time for a big stand

I wonder what's up with with Raza... upset stomach?

If 2 people make a half century we'll end up with a somewhat competitive score.

Probably needs to stay in the ODIs for a bit longer to learn his game. Need Mawoyo back in the Test team to bat out these situations.
This is why I said I wouldn't have put him in, first class average of under 25 now and never made a first class ton. The kid has talent but Burl was more deserving of a test debut .....
Burl struggled in the ODI'S, Tari replaced him and played better and still you wanted them to play Burl in the Test ahead of Tari? How does that work?

Would love to see PJ Moor putting in a proper shift here.
