“Experienced lot” is already dropped. Zim’s most successful T20 captain Raza as well as nearly experienced Moor both are nowhere near the elected squad.
The tactic has definitely not been the right one for sure, but Raza's exclusion in T20Is is not the worst decision in general. He averages 13 over 40 digs at a strike rate of just run a ball. I understand he has been a great finisher in ODIs for us, but somehow, hasn't converted that to T20I success. So, if you need to blood youngsters, that one spot made sense. But not how the mess started in Ireland. By comparison, Malcolm Waller averaged double the average of Raza in T20Is and we were actually frustrated by him in the XI sometimes...

Sean Williams' 50th time past 50 for Zimbabwe
Only the 6th man to reach there behind the Flower brothers, Taylor, Masakadza and Campbell too. It doesn't look like anyone will join this club anytime soon. Ervine and Raza are both at 31 each :o
Yeah, possibly will remain a six man club. Wes maybe? He has started with a few.
Yeah, we'll have to wait many many years for that :(
