I still think Doug Marrillier has a lot to offer should try A side, if Ewing is not there spinner wise it could be....

Ya I think he could offer us something in the ODI game, but I don't think he'll get selected again as we've got more talent within the country to choose from. And possibly more talent returning in the months to come.

Well Nicholson, but I think Kingsley Went is considering a come back. Not sue what he's like with the bat and ball though...

I sent him this quote and this was his reply;
I'm well mate... Not coming back to play lol
I dont know if that "play" is a hint of some sort cos I know he is coaching and playing in the UK. The emphasis is mine though.

I'm glad you contacted him because I assumed he'd be coming back to play. Maybe a coaching role would suit him just as well

my advice is play, get some momentum.
Taking time off from cricket kills players development.
Some never return.
*IF* you must leave it should be to a highish standard of cricket like county, sheffield shiel etc
