Lets hope it's true
If Stuart some how made the national side again, It'd be a step backwards than a step forwards

Should be a long time for Stuart to be called back if ever. The squad is a mixture of experience and youth such as Mwakayeni, looks good, Malcolm Waller should have been given a chance. I guess some good player got to miss out some time. Would it have been better if Butcher had coached the team.
At last s matsikenyari, good to see him back,he is a senior guy and need respect from all zim who are with him for tours, i think he will get chance in every match of tour and fire with bat,

1. Sibanda
2. Chibhabha
3. Williams
4. Mutizwa
5. Coventry
6. C Ervine
7. Chakabva
8. Maruma
9. S Masakadza
10. Rainsford
11. Chatara
A tournament like this is no place to making a First Class debut, so Nathan Waller shouldn't make the final team. Although the tour will be a good experience for him. Like everyone else said, it should be Malcolm Waller in the squad... in which case he'd probably get the nod ahead of Chakabva.
Likewise for Mushangwe, a good learning experience but without the experience under his belt to get the nod ahead of Maruma.
As for Matsikenyeri and Dabengwa, maybe they have been included for their experience? Backup in case of injury? Whatever the reason, based on form and future potential I don't think they are ahead of any other players in the squad.

There's only one spinner in that side...
I'm sure either Mushangwe or Dabengwa will also be picked alongside Maruma.

Most of these teams do not play spin too well, agree that Dabengwa or Mushangwa will be in. I guess Sean Williams will get the chance to bowl a lot of overs as well, will be good practice for him for tougher tests.
