Rusere is one of the worst umpires I've seen. I remember he was hyped up as a great umpire on these forums long back. It sucks that we don't have DRS for these series' in Zim.

Compare Rusere with Afghan umpires, thay pakhtoon guy will give it out even if it was as far away as a wide ball.

Not having the fallback of DRS makes them look bad, the modern umpire is really a glorified ball counter. Now teams get 3 reviews it doesn’t matter if they get it wrong.
