At least Grant Flower has got a fitting send off from Zimbabwean cricket, unlike many of his generation.

sloandog, I completely agree about Lara. Of all the international imports in Zimbabwe at the moment, Lara strikes me as the most money driven. Apparently Indian billionaires are always flying him around the world on private jets (I read this in an article a few days ago); if he lives the rest of his life like that, he'd need to fund it somehow... Grant Flower on the other hand seems like a humble, genuinely nice guy and is a better fit for the dressing room.

Have a look at Price's eye, apparently it's a bruise that is under the skin (a blood clot or something I guess) that won't disappear so the doctors told him they would need to scalpel it out. Reportedly Price brushed it off and said "It's only pain".
