Is there a squad list of players who we can expect to see?

I'm a bit confused...
Which Zim team is playing Durham on Thursday?
Zim Emerging, Zim U25, Zim A, Presidents XI, Naqvi XI or what?
You could basically pick anyone for the Zim A except for Raza, Ervine, Ngarava and Blessing.
If they go with a whole bunch of u25's they'll get smashed.
Pick one or two, but we need some established players to try and make a game of it and avoid the blushes.

I don't mind the idea of Masuku, Chari, Campbell, Hamid, Bennett, Matt Welch and Mafudza. Possibly Marumani and Chatara, they've earned a shot. Larry is not even controversial for me, when he's bowling well, and he has been, he's our third best seamer.

When will ZC announce a squad and pick a playing XI?

Raza, Burl, Williams, Blessing and Ngarava are I think all still away with franchise commitments??
I think Kaia is in Australia, unless he’s back now?
Madhevere, Mavuta and Kasuza are banned and Evans is injured and Myers is not here.

Presuming everyone else is available (as far as we know), then we could potentially select 2 different balanced XI’s so everyone gets 1 game each:

Zimbabwe ‘A’ match 1:
1 Curran
2 Chari
3 Munyonga
4 Kamunhukamwe
5 Shumba
6 Marumani (Wk)
7 Jongwe
8 Tiripano
9 Ndlovu
10 Chinouya
11 Mufudza

Zimbabwe ‘A’ match 2:
1 Gumbie
2 M Welch
3 Ervine
4 Campbell
5 Bennett
6 Hamid
7 Madande (Wk)
8 Wellington
9 Masuku
10 Chatara
11 Nyauchi

N Mpofu, Maunze, Chiradza, Maposa, Faraz, Mumba would be the ones narrowly missing out.

Truth is the above sides would absolutely get hammered by Durham in both matches.

So do we just select 1 strong XI which could be:

1 Gumbie
2 M Welch
3 Ervine
4 Campbell
5 Bennett
6 Marumani
7 Madande (Wk)
8 Jongwe
9 Wellington
10 Nyauchi
11 Chatara

Very possible actually.
If we have made the commitment to Naqvi, everything appears that has happened, then we have to be all in with him. In 2 years he will be ready so will need and benefit from any sort of preparation.

Good squads, although I think we need to be honest that Faraz will get selected and one or a few of the ZC clique of Chamu, mutambami, I-Kaia and maybe Timycen will get a reward payday/game.
