SOGO Rhodesians bossing it  rent free in Takashinga and Mawoza's heads.
Is it kicking off? Honestly it's great to see a side challenge Takashinga!
It will be  top of the points log.

Williams actually said in interview not long ago that he could retire comfortably when ever he wanted, and that he was playing still because of his love for the game. It was around the time his dad died
Ya, that was last year when he was making runs for fun in the 50 over qualifier. He must be a sucker for punishment if he still plays for the love of the game after all the excrement that has gone down since.

Very interesting interview on Larry's podcast with Jayden's and Dane,s dad Steve Schadendorf.

Talks about Jayden's struggles in the UK and Dane's future (Waiting to find out if Notts will extend his contract).

We really should be giving out high performance contracts. I don't know how many people have central contracts but from that interview you can tell that all some of these kids want is some financial security and they will give it a real go. Maybe they can make the high performance contracts 3 years so that someone can come home and know they have 3 years to give it their all.

Is holding out hope for a ervine williams Swan song at the 2027 CWC too far for them?
No chance, in my opinion. Doubt either will play in 2026 let alone 2027. Others will disagree though.
I pretty much like how the young guys are coming up and putting a performance were the veterans can't buy a run. It really does our cricket some good and you can't just ignore such performances. It will be interesting if they can continue the form into FC cricket. How long the veterans will stay on is anyone's guess but either way they are going to have to work for their spot in the team.

Tanaka zvaiti playing quite possibly the worst 20-20 batting innings I've seen. Might gift this to rangers

I know it's currently in vogue to say the NPL is amazing and wonderful etc

But some of the cricket.....eish. Just went on the app to check the innings Donald mentioned...ouch! Then put the stream for the Rainbow game on, and saw one of the worst runouts of all time on the very first ball I watched.
