I knew that the teams would not be able to cope with blessing and ngarava pace and bounce. It's completely alien to most of these teams
Bear in mind they're mostly 135ish.
We should have opened with Chivanga and Macheka.

I do miss Chivanga and his antics. More of a test player though. Mind he would have done some damage against these sides.

NZ win for the first time in 36 years in India. Excellent test match.

They've actually stuck to the date they published a few weeks ago   First time ever. Although there's still five days to cancel and rearrange

Looks like they are playing a List A and then the Logan Cup match back to back. That means a return of first class cricket to the provincial grounds for the first time in a few years.

Yup! We were never coming back after that 46 all out. I was amazed that reputed websites like cricinfo were reporting from the end of Day 2 itself, when India were effectively -136/3 that an amazing turnaround is being scripted. This feeling reached sky high during that Pant-Sarfaraz partnership when the talk was more about when India would declare. That rubbish because it was always a matter of couple of quick wickets.

Any kid who has watched cricket can say that after conceding a lead of 356 , even when you are 400/4 you are effectively 45/4 and in still not out of the woods... But the trend these days seem to be to write whatever the casual Indian fan wants to read. I really don't like this, I've grown up hearing some classic commentary from some of the legendary commentators and have read some really good stuff, but ghe quality of reporting now is just for the sake of clicks and Indian fan appeasement.

And this is coming from an Indian fan himself. These are the reasons why my interest in cricket is fading fast. It's just too much about the Big 3 teams... Nothing else.

What exactly is Wes' role in this setup. Batting at 6 but struggles to clear the ropes. Can't smack it around like Maru uptop in a tournament where we will be trying to break records. Musekiwa, Madande and even Faraz can actually do better against teams like this.

Watching the Keyna Rwanda match, Kenya have a couple of decent bowlers. Gill in particular is swinging it a lot at decent pace.
