Nothing must change. Chopping and changing buys people more time. They laid out their vision. Let them play for next 6 weeks just like that. Same players. Same staff. No more excuses. Let the guys they think are not good enough pile on the runs domestically.

Let's give some of these guys a good 15 games in a row to show if they are good enough or not. Some are but they aren't ready. Some aren't. Let it show

Afghanistan are on a mission to embarrass us. I can feel it. They will be coming to show the world that they are miles ahead of us. Kind of like what Bangladesh did some years ago where we got white washed in every format over 6 weeks.

I want the guys to win. I always do but at a certain point reality has to hit. It's not like the guys who are sitting out will be significantly better. It's a start to pick the right guys but we are still in deep trouble. We need a reset. A different strategy. Even if it means at throwing the money at all the guys out there or even bringing back BT. If we stay on this path we got 3 years left max. These kids aren't ready.
