Does the academy have any age rules?

Clearly has some ethnicity rules.

I think most players are under 23.

I am assuming most of the younger white players go to university or gravitate to other academies I.E ACHPC

I think this word academy is used too loosely.
Even the ACHPC is a facility with no academy as such.
An academy implies organised coaching sessions for a group of individuals.

This is just players who have played a match for a team named academy on the app over the last 3 years...

That said, there is constant reference to the ZC Harare Academy (and occasional reference to the ZC Bulawayo Academy) on a certain twitter account, yet no official information whatsoever as far as I can tell. Which, frankly, isn't good enough. If this is an actual programme, they should be proud of it and shouting about it from the rooftops.

The building of that indoor at HSC has stalled. Anybody know why?
I heard a rumour that the floor was a disaster. It's obviously the most important part. You just cant cut corners with the laying of the concrete and the actual prep/compaction of the ground below. Even the ACHPC has a floor issue and it can be downright dangerous in there in a couple of the lanes with someone throwing fast.
