I've just heard that Minto's mum passed today. Huge condolences.
I think there's an outside chance the game might be called off tomorrow.

None of the batters in this side should be anywhere near the Bangladesh tour.

Will take the fast bowling attack though!

Naqvi and raza are feeling the pace three weeks into ramzan
That fast actually improves athlete performance. From a secular standpoint, "Intermittant" fasting is the new fad health thing.

I see Minister Coventry is the bookies favourite to be elected as the new IOC chief tomorrow afternoon. A huge fall from grace, a Zanu PF shill, a land thief, she's been a truly awful minister (even by Zimbabwean standards) - I don't think she's actually turned up for work more than 4 or 5 times in the past couple of years.

She will be a perfect fit for the IOC. You need to be as corrupt as they come to succeed in that role. She's had good training dining from the top trough with our politicians for the past decade and feathering her nest.

It does seem that the main reason the delegates are voting for her is that she happens to be a woman and she is African. It's a shame she isn't also a black wheelchair-bound transgender non-binary vegan as that would have been really ideal.

I'm super pleased that Matigumu has made it back to the fold and hopefully will be in line for a maiden international cap in Bangladesh in a few weeks time. The guy's got everything you want in a genuine quick bowler. Can't wait to see him in action.

Will that mean she resigns as Minister here or will she do both? She has marketed herself well.

Have you listened to the interview with Adam Theo on the Zimbabwean Cricket podcast SecretZimbo? First 20 minutes is him taking about his own life, sure it will make you want to throw up 🤣🤣🤣

Asked a few times who those blokes are. They've had Cuck Theo on alongside Campbell Jr and Evans. Clearly have connections but unsure where they fit into the bigger media picture.

I see they're going on about which players have come thru Takashinga. Well Matigumu certainly hasn't. He's played a couple of games for them. It's changed a bit, but if you didn't play for Takashinga you were making life difficult for yourself.

After 40 odd years of independence we have one established club left that plays cricket with their own ground and decent facilities, all taken care of by ZC funds. The money that has been thrown at Takashinga could start and maintain a dozen other clubs!!!!!!!!!!!
That is an absolutely disgraceful state of affairs and is the reason why we are in the position that we are in. If you squash all the other clubs and club cricket in general and then maintain one club and try and claim you're the best its disengenuity in the extreme. It's like Zanu arresting the opposition and then claiming they're the only party.

Rangers organised themselves in one season and beat Takashinga in all formats every game. They won't allow that again. Watch this space.

It's surely not about Takashinga? We need to look beyond one club that is basically the only one with money in the country.
