How consistent has Madande been though! While people ponder over what could've been I know madande would've stuck around with Burl in that scotland game. It still feels so close yet so far. Alas!
I’ve been banging this drum for the last 2-3 years but people have been reluctant to get on board with it. I think Madande is absolutely class, across formats. He has a great domestic record and he’s been decent and consistent so far in his international career and again today. He’s going to be huge for us.

He’s only not on peoples radars because he wasn’t in the u19’s (not sure why). But he was in the same SA school side as Wes and he had an excellent record there - with both bat and ball (was a handy offie!)
His birthday didn't help him. He was too old for the 2020 u-19 by a few months and for the 2018 WC he was quite young and wasn't able to break into the squad.

I am not trolling here , can someone with a brain on here explain to me why Roy Kaia is playing in front of the 2 white guys waiting for an opportunity and don't give me the bullshit excuse that he is captain. This is exactly why the future is bleak , opportunity is gifted to too few .

Wes was playing great until he hit a leg stump half volley straight to deep fine leg

Mavuta showed his all round skills

Should not have lost to this side though. Even if it was by 16 runs.

Bennett and campbell in next please

ZC App doesn’t seem to have todays scorecard yet, but here it is for anyone interested;

Marumani 31
Makoni 1
Madhevere 5
Kaia 1
Shumba 30
Madande 22
Munyonga 0
Bennett 1
Mavuta 19
Akram 0
Maposa 9

129ao

Not good .

At least it looked like they cared - some very frustrated unhappy reactions when the boys lost their wickets. Shumba was run out to a direct hit and really reacted angrily, was so disappointed.

Good work yo.

Bennett has blown his one and only chance of the year lol.

This is not good the genuine SA emerging beating our mainly seasoned pros so easily.

Batting at number 8 is hardly an opportunity
