Mukuhlani with a very public criticism of Sikandar Raza and 'other senior players'. Also if you read down some of the replies he engages in conversation with someone and says he wants players to sign performance based contracts.

Protect the coach at all costs and publicly criticise the non black players - of course!!!!

We all know 1000% that by 'senior players' he means Raza, Ervine and Williams and certainly not Mutumbami, Tiripano and Chatara etc.

SZ are you sure he is Mukuhlani? Sikki in the past has been appreciative of Mukhulani and ZC board esp when he was undergoing treatment on his hand.

Yeah I’m 100% sure, it’s an open secret and I have seen conclusive evidence.

And ya they’ve been nice to Raza over the past couple of years but this is what these guys do eventually. When times are tough they find a scapegoat and you can get bet your bottom Zimdollar that it will never be one of their own kind. Protect the Takashinga clique at all costs and protect the quiet yes-man head coach at all costs.

Judging by his posts, he clearly doesn't care about Zim. Every one of his posts is about the IPL. This man is stealing a living and ZC are letting him get away with it. Hopefully Houghton comes down hard and fixes this.

Houghton himself will be thrown out after Zim's exit from qualifiers just like Streak and moreover its not a problem of coach its the problem of unskilled players and inclusion of proven failures destroying Zim cricket. He can stay only if he interferes in selection and selects quality players.

Those are not great stats, but a good batsman fires about 25% of the time. For the chairman to be posting one guy's stats and not everyone else's is a warning shot across Raza's bows. A comparison with everyone else's and their strike rates would surely show everyone to be similarly shit.
Maybe he's trying to "motivate" him  That's the African way- be abusive and that should make the guy a better player immediately and the shouter will puff his chest out and feel like he's done a day's work and asserted himself for the next year.
If you really want to motivate someone have 2 good guys knocking on the door waiting for him to fail, but instead they're talking performance based contracts?
Will this be in the form of prize money if they do well or an actual salary reduction if they do poorly. They're both performance based
They could offer a million for a hundred and "their" money would be safe.

Sounds like Raza is being put on notice.

Funny how chakhabva wasnt mentioned in the thread. What is his 20/20 record.
His ODI record and test records are good or reasonable though. We all know raza hasnt fired in international 2020 as a batsman.
What does zolsky think about our series loss to namibia?
Its just cherrypicking at the moment
